Veterinary Assistant

Hello, I’m Maddie! I studied English & Film at Arizona State University before transitioning into vet care in 2026. I love working as a PCC because I have the opportunity to meet new animals and advocate for their care every day. I am especially interested in studying cat behavior and understanding their boundaries/personalities. At home, I have a sassy tortoiseshell calico named Este and a sweet orange kitten named Hobbes. You will usually find me hiding in my library, nose-deep in a fantasy novel while I snuggle up to my two fur-babies. On other days, I frequent local book events, hike with my partner, or relax playing video games.
